John's Story

John grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and spent the majority of his childhood competing on the US National Luge Team. After high school, John joined the Marine Corps and served eight highly successful years of service. When John is not stuck in the cube farm, you can find him outdoors in the local National Parks with his family, hitting the local crags, searching for ice to climb, or traveling to attend mountaineering and alpine courses to further his experiences. John currently lives in Northern Virginia and continues to find outer peace through outdoor experiences.
