John's Story

John grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2007 as an Artillery Cannoneer. After being honorable discharged in 2011 John moved to Colorado for college and the outdoors. He has since graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering and has become a Project Engineer and a trip leader for Veterans Expeditions. John enjoys mountain biking, hiking, ice climbing, and snowshoeing.
